Vacancy in Vizag Steels VSP April 2010


Vizag Steels was founded in 1971. It is also known as Visakhapatnam Steel Plant ( VSP ). Its head quarter is located in Visakhapatnam. It is the lowest cost steel producer in the world. It is India’s first shore-based integrated Steel Plant, with an annual turnover of over Rs.10,500 crores.

VSP invites applications for the post of Management Trainees and the details are as follows:

Management Trainees ( Technical )
No. of posts: 195 ( In Various disciplines i.e. Metallurgy-70, Mechanical-60, Electrical-30, Chemical-15, Electronics-6, Civil-6, Ceramics-5 & Instrumentation-3 )
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 25 years.
Pay scale: Rs.20600/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.20600-3%-46500(E-1)
Qualifications: Candidate should have Full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering / technology in the field of Metallurgy/Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Electronics/ Ceramics/ Instrumentations wit at least 60% marks in aggregate.

Application Fees: Application fees of Rs.500/- must be deposited in “RINL/VSP Power Jyothi Current Account No. 30589461220” at any of the core banking branches of State Bank of India in the prescribed Challan before 10.05.2010
Date for ONLINE Registration: From 24.04.2010 to 10.04.2010
Last date for the receipt of Registration slip: 17.05.2010
Date of Preliminary written test: 20.06.2010 ( Sunday )
