U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Science & Research ( UP RIMS&R ) is a corporate  body established on 15th December 2005 by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. It is a premier teaching and research institute located at Saifai village in the District of Etawah. Its main aim is to help and implement state of art medical facility to cover rural population stretching from Mathura to Auraiya and Furrukhabad to Bhind.

Applications are invited by UP RIMS&R for the following Faculty positions:

Qualification for faculty positions: M.D.

1. Professors ( Jr./Sr. Grade )
   No. of post: 3 ( 1 each for various departments)
   Departments: Anatomy, Forensic Medicine, Orthopaedic
   Age limit: 50 for Jr.Grade and 55 for Sr. Grade
   Pay limit: Rs.37400-67000/-+GP of Rs.10000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should have worked as an Associate professors for 3 years in any medical college and at least 4 research publications in Index/national journals.
2. Professors
   No. of posts: 11 ( 1 each for various departments)
   Departments:Microbiology, TB&Chest, Dermatology, Plastic surgery, Cardiovascular, Urology, Nephrology, gastroenterology, Gastro surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery
   Age limit: 50-55 years
   Pay scale: Rs.37400-67000/-+GP of Rs.10000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should have worked as an Associate professors for 3 years in any medical college and at least 4 research publications in Index/national journals
3. Associate Professors
   No. of posts: 12 ( 1 each for various departments)
   Departments:Pharmacology, Paediatrics, Orthopaedic, Anaesthesiology, Radio diagnosis, Cardiology,  Cardiovascular, Urology, Nephrology, gastroenterology, Gastro surgery, , Neurosurgery
   Age limit: 45 years
   Pay scale: Rs.37400-67000/-+GP of Rs.8700/-
   Experience: Candidate should have worked as an Assistant professors for 4 years in any medical college and at least 4 years of research publications in Index/national journals
4. Assistant Professors
   No.of posts: 10 ( 1 each for various departments)
   Departments: Psychiatry, Cardiology, Plastic Surgery, Cardiovascular, Urology, Nephrology, gastroenterology, Gastro surgery, Neurology, Neurosurgery
   Age limit: 40 years
   Pay limit: Rs.15600-39100/-+GP of Rs. 6600/-
   Experience: At least 3 years of PG teaching experience in Medical college
5. Casualty Medical Officer
   No. of post: 2
   Department: Casualty
   Age limit: 36 years
   pay scale:Rs.15600-39100/-+GP of Rs. 5400/-
   Experience:Candidate should have MBBS Degree with at least 3 years of experience in any big hospital after MBBS.
6. Lady medical Officer
   No. of posts: 1
   Department: Community Medicine
   Age limit: 36 years
   pay scale:Rs.15600-39100/-+GP of Rs. 5400/-
   Experience:Candidate should PG Degree or Diploma in Obs.& Gynae.  with 1 year of experience.
