01. Assistant Manager ( RD )
Scale: I

Age limit: 21 – 30 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 10000 – 18240/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of PG in Agriculture / Horticulture.
Experience: Candidate should know local language.

02. Assistant Manager ( Marketing )
Scale: I
No. of posts: 150
Age limit: 21 – 30 years.
Pay scale: Rs.10000 – 18240/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of MBA with at least 60% marks .

03. OL Officers
Scale: I
No. of posts: 10
Age limit: 21 – 30 years.
Pay scale: Rs.10000 – 18240/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree PG in Hindi with at least 60% marks and Candidates with M. Phil/ Ph.D in Hindi will be preferred.

04. Technical Officer
Scale: I
No. of posts: 10
Age limit: 21 – 30 years.
Pay scale: Rs.10000 – 18240/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks.
Experience: Candidate should have 2 years of exp. in construction Firms/ Companies and should have handled Project execution.

05. Manager ( IT )
Scale : II
No. of posts: 14
Age limit: 25 – 30 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of BE / B.Tech in Electronics. Telecommunications/Computers.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 3 years of exp. In the relevant field.

06. Manager (Law)
Scale: II
No. of posts: 8
Age limit: 25 – 32 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of Law and enrolled as Advocate with Bar Council of India.
Experience: Should have at least 3 years of exp. as practicing lawyer and worked in legal Department of a Scheduled Commercial Bank.

07. Manager (Credit)
Scale: II
No. of posts: 50
Age limit: 25 – 32 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of MBA / MMS with specialization in Finance.
Experience: At least 2 years experience with a proven record in Junior/Middle Management Grade in the related field in Financial Institution.

08. Manager (Security)
Scale: II
No. of posts: 7
Age limit: 25 – 40 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should be an Officer with 5 years commissioned service in the Army/Navy/ Air Force or a Police Officer.

09. Manager (FX)
Scale: II
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 32 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of PG with at least 50% marks.
Experience: At least 3 years of exp. In the area of FX/FX marketing in a Financial Institute/ FX firm.

10. Manager (Risk Management)
Scale: II
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 32 years
Pay scale: Rs. 13820 – 19920/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of BE/CA/ICWA/ MBA/M.Sc (Stat)/ MA (Stat)/MFC/M.Com.
Experience: 2 years of working exp. In Risk Management Department in Public Sector Bank.

11. Sr. Manager (IT)
Scale: III
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 35 yrs.
Pay scale: Rs. 18240 – 22280/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BE/BTECH in Electronics / Computers OR MCA.
Experience: At least 5 yrs. of exp. In related subject in any of the financial institution.

12. Sr. Manager (Credit)
Scale: III
No. of posts: 20
Age limit: 25 – 35 yrs.
Pay scale: Rs. 18240 – 22280/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree MBA / MMS with specialization in Finance , BE/B.Tech Engineering Graduates in the discipline of Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Production, Chemical Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 yrs. of exp. In the related field.

13. Sr. Manager (FX)
Scale: III
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 35 yrs.
Pay scale: Rs. 18240 – 22280/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have PG Diploma in Foreign Exchange/ Treasury Management/ or MBA in Finance or CA/CFA or M.Com will be given preference.
Experience: At least 5 years of exp. In the area of FX/FX marketing in a Financial Institute/ FX firm. And should have knowledge of FEMA, EXIM policy, ECGC.

14. Sr. Manager (Risk Mgt.)
Scale: III
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 35 yrs.
Pay scale: Rs. 18240 – 22280/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BE/CA/ICWA/ MBA.
Experience: At least 3 years of working exp. in Risk Management Department in Public Sector Bank.

15. Chief Manager (IT)
Scale: IV
No. of posts: 5
Age limit: 25 – 40 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 20489 – 24140/-
Qualification: Should have the degree of BE/BTECH in Electronics or Telecommunications.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Scale III or 5 years in Scale II or equivalent cadre in the related field.

16. Chief Manager (Risk management)
Scale: IV
No. of posts: 1
Age limit: 25 – 40 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 20489 – 24140/-
Qualification: Should have the degree of PG in Engineering, Science or Commerce.
Experience: At least 2 years of exp. In Risk Mgt. department of financial institution. Preference will be given to the candidates qualified as FRM or PRM.

17. Assistant GM (Risk Mgt.)
Scale: V
No of posts: 1
Age limit: 25 – 45 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 24140 – 26620/-
Qualification: Should have the degree of PG in Engineering, Science or Commerce.
Experience: At least 2 years of exp. In Risk Mgt. department of financial institution. Preference will be given to the candidates qualified as FRM or PRM.

Note: Selection of post no. 01, 02 & 03 will be made on the basis of performance in written test and Interview. And for the post no. 04 to 17 selection will be based on qualification, experience and interview.
