At present Life Insurance Corporation of India ( LIC ) 2048 branch offices, 109 divisional offices, 8 zonal offices, 992 satellite offices and the Corporate office. LIC explore the quality of life of people through financial security by providing products and services of aspired attributes with competitive returns and by rendering resources for economic development.

LIC invites applications for the post of Direct Sales Executives and the details are as follows:

Direct Sales Executives
No. of posts: 1500
Name of Divisions: 150 posts each for Chennai – II, Coimbatore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Salem,  Thanjavur, Thiruvanathapuram, Kottayam, Vellore, Kozhikkode.
Pay scale: Rs. 25000/-
Age limit: 21 – 35 years
Qualifications: Candidate should have Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management from a government recognised university and knowledge of English and Local Language is must with the knowledge of power point and word excel.

Last date for the receipt of application form: 5th June 2010
Mode of selection: At first written test will be held and then the eligible candidates will be called for interview.
Application fees: DD of Rs.100/- drawn in favor of  “Life Insurance Corporation of India” and payable at (….Divisional Headquarters……) . Candidate’s name and date of birth should be written on the back of the DD.
