Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology (IICPT), Thanjavur is an affiliated college which was formerly known as Paddy Processing Research Centre. It is situated in the state of Tamil Nadu. IICPT is a R and D Institute established by the Government of India under the aegis of Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MFPI).

Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following Scientific positions:

1. Principal scientists
   No. of posts: 6 ( Agri. Process / Food Process Engineering – 05 Posts, Bio- Chemistry – 01 Post )
   age limit: Not more than 50 years
   Pay scale: Rs. 37400-67000/- with GP of Rs.10000/-
2. Senior Scientists
   No. of posts: 10 ( Agri. Process / Food Process Engineering – 09 Posts , Agri. Entomology – 01 Post )
   Age limit: Not more than 45 years
   Pay scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with GP of Rs.8000/-
3. Scientists
   No. of posts: 12 ( Agri. Process / Food Process Engineering – 05 Posts, Agri. Entomology – 01 Post, Bio-Technology – 01 Post, Plant Pathology – 01 Post, Agri. Economics – 01 Post, Food Science / Nutrition – 01 Post, Bio- Chemistry – 01 Post, Post Harvest Physiology – 01 Post)
   Age limit: Not more than 30 years
   Pay scale: Rs.15600-39100/- with GP of Rs.6000/-
