Bihar Education Project Council ( BEPC ) was setup in 1991. Its main aim is to make quantitative and qualitative improvement in the Elementary Education system in Bihar. It is also known as Bihar Shiksha Pariyojna Parisad ( BSPP ). It is registered under the Societies Registration Act ,1860 and is responsible for the Implementation of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) which is a National Programme for universalisation of elementary education including KGBV.

BSPP invites applications for the following posts:

SENIOR PROFESSIONAL GRADE

1. 26 posts are for Additional Programme Officer/ Additional District Programme Coordinator
   Code – P-01
   Pay scale: Rs.28730/- at Patna and Rs. 28340/- at Headquarters
   Qualification : Candidate should have Bachelors degree with 55% marks OR Lecturer / Reader from constituent colleges having minimum five years of experience.
2. 28 posts are for Executive Engineer
   Code- P-02
   Qualifications:Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 50% marks.
   Pay scale: Rs. 33061/-

PROFESSIONAL GRADE

1. 66 posts for State Resource Person/Assistant Programme Officer
   Code –P-03
   Pay scale: Rs.21380/- ( Consolidated )
   Qualifications:Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 50% marks and candidates working with BEP as professionals with minimum 5 years of experience .
2. 69 post for Assistant resource Person
   Code-P-04
   Pay scale: Rs.16286/-
   Qualifications:Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 50% marks and candidates working with BEP as professionals with minimum 3 years of experience .
3. 28 posts for Assistant Engineer
   Code-P-05
   Pay scale: Rs. 21383/-
   Qualifications:should have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 50% marks and knowledge of computer applications.
4. 55 posts are for Junior Engineer
   Code-P-06
   Pay scale: Rs.15142/-
   Qualifications:Candidate should have Diploma in Civil Engineering with atleast 50% marks and knowledge of computer applications.
5. 10 for Accounts Officers
   Code –P-07
   Pay scale: Rs. 21383/- at Patna
   Qualifications:Candidate should have the degree of B.Com with 50% marks and 8 yrs. of experience in the field of Finance/Accounts in any institution is required.
6. 16 for Accountant
   Code: P-08
   Pay scale: Rs. 15517/- at Patna & Rs. 15142 at HQ
   Qualifications:Candidate should have the degree of B.Com with 50% marks and 4 yrs. of experience in the field of Finance/Accounts in any institution is required.
7. 29 for Assistant Computer Programmer
   Code-P-09
   Pay scale: Rs. 16661/- at Patna & Rs. 16286/- at HQ
   Qualifications: Candidate should posses Bachelor’s degree in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operation Research/Economics (with specialization in Information Technology) with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Applications (from a Govt. approved Institution/University) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with 2 years of
   experience in computer programming.

SUPPORT GRADE

1. 9 for Data Entry Operator/Steno cum-Typist/Account Assistant/Office Assistant
   Code-P-10
   Pay scale: Rs. 12462/- at Patna & Rs. 12103 at HQ
   Qualifications: Candidate should have bachelors degree with 50% marks 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
2. 1 for Librarian –cum – Documentation Incharge
   Code – P-11
   Pay scale: Rs.12463/-at Patna & Rs. 12103/- at HQ
   Qualifications:Candidate should have bachelors degree in library science with 50% marks and 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

AUXILLARY GRADE

1. 5 for Peon / Night Guard
   Code – P-12
   Pay scale: Rs. 8432 at Patna & Rs. 8080/- at HQ
   Qualifications:Candidate should have experience in Govt. /Semi Govt. / Govt. owned
   autonomous organization/ NGOs.

Age limit for all the categories: 21 – 45 years
