BEML Limited was formerly known as Bharat Earth Movers Limited. It is engaged in manufacturing of Rail Coaches & Spare Parts and Mining Equipment. Government of India owns 54 percent of total equity and rest 46 percent is held by Public, Financial Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors, Banks and Employees. The main aim of BEML is to maintain a dominant position in design, development, manufacture and marketing of Defence, Earthmoving & Construction and Rail & Metro equipment.

BEML invites applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Executive Director-HR and the details are given below:

* Executive Director – HR
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 54 years.
Pay scale: Selected candidate will get the pay scale of Rs.62000-80000/-
Qualifications: Candidate should be an MBA / MSW or should posses the Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB from a reputed and recognised university.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 28 years of post qualification executive experience in all HR related matters, Industrial Relations, review and implementation of HR system, Training and
Development, improving production & productivity systems etc.

Last date for the submission of application form: 22nd April 2010

Application fees: Interested candidate has to pay a fee of Rs.100/- by downloading the challan available in the BEML website and by remitting the same only in State Bank of India in the BEML Account no. 31006750220.
