National Thermal Power Corporation is the India’s largest power company which has 15 coal based , 7 gas based power stations and 4 joint ventures. It’s contribution to the power generation is about 28% to the country. NTPC is the most admired organisation in the public sector. It gives the opportunity to the young Graduate Engineers & Finance/HR professionals with brilliant academic record to become a part of it.

NTPC invites application for the following posts :-

1. 70 Posts for Civil Engineers (E2/E3/ E4 levels). Candidate should be graduate in Civil Construction and experience holder will be given preference.

2. 9 Posts for safety (E3 & E4 levels). Candidate should be graduate in Mechanical / Electrical from a recognised University and preference will be given to the experience holders.

3. 4 Posts for Industrial  Engineers (E2/E3 levels). Candidate should be graduate in Engineering with PG Degree. Experience in Power Sector will be preferred.

4. 31 Posts for the Doctors (E2A/E3 levels). Candidate should be MBBS with MD/MS

5. 4 Posts for Faculty (E5/E6/E7 levels). Candidate should have PG Degree /PG Diploma. Experience Candidate should be preferred with Ph.d

6. 4 posts for Geology/Geophysics/Drilling/Field Operation (E1 levels). Candidate should be in a particular field . Experienced candidates should be preferred.

7. 1 post for Environmental (E3/E4) level. Candidate should be graduate in Environment Engineering.

8. 6 posts for NTPC Energy Technology Research Alliance (NETRA) (E2/E3/E4) levels

Salary for different levels are mentioned below:-

E1 -  Rs. 20,600-46500                   E4 – Rs.32900-58000

E2 – Rs. 24900- 50500                   E5- Rs. 36600- 62000

E2A- Rs. 24900- 50500                   E6- Rs. 43200- 66000

E3-  Rs. 29100 – 54500                 E7 – Rs. 51300- 73000
