Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) handles and appoints the right persons in the civil Department. It is a Constitutional body established under the Article Act 315 of the Constitution of India.

Union public Service Commission (UPSC) invites application for the post of Indian Engineering Services. 
Age Limit : 21 – 30 years.
Procedure of Application: To apply on Online – UPSC website from 6th Feb’2010 to 22ndFeb’2010.
To apply offline :  Application form should reach before 2nd Feb’2010 to the “Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.

Qualification:* Engineering Degree from recognized university.
*M.Sc degree or its equivalent with Wireless Communications, Electronics, Radio Physics or Radio Engineering as special subjects.
