UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited ( UPRVUNL ) was formed on 25th August 1980. It’s main work is to construct new generation projects in the state of UP. It’s corporate office is situated in Lucknow. At present 5 Thermal Power plants are operating under UPRVUNL in different parts of UP.

UPRVUNL invites applications for the following posts:

The posts are divided in two categories i.e. Executive level and Supervisory level

                        At Executive level:

Age limit : 21 – 35 years.

1. 175 posts are for Assistant Engineer (Trainee) E&M Cadre
     Subjects:Electrical – 55, Mechanical – 50, Electronics and Instrumentation- 50, Computer-20

2. 25 posts are for Assistant Engineer (Trainee) Civil Cadre

3. 4 posts are for Accounts Officer (Trainee)

4. 1 post is for Medical Officer

5. 25 posts are for Chief Chemist

                      At Supervisory Level:

Age limit: 18 – 35 years.

1. 125 posts are for Junior Engineer (Trainee) E&M Cadre

2. 25 posts are for Junior Engineer (Trainee) Civil Cadre

3. 15 posts are for Assistant Accountant

4. 13 posts are for Office Assistant Gr.III
