Tuticorin Port is the oldest and the no. one centre for maritime trade and pearl fishery. It was declared as a minor anchorage port in 1868. It was declared as the major port in 11th July 1947. It is certified under ISO 9001-2000 &  ISO 14001:2004. It provides efficient seaport and logistics services of the best value to all its customers.

Applications are invited by Tuticorin Ports for the posts mentioned below:

Last date : 15th April 2010

1. 2 posts are for Resident doctors ( Full Time )
   * Selected candidate will get remuneration of Rs. 15000/-month.
   * candidate should be MBBS with some working Experience.
2. 1 post is for Resident Dental Doctor ( Full Time )
   * Selected candidate will get remuneration of Rs. 15000/-month.
   * candidate should be BDS with some working Experience.
3. 1 post is for Lab Technician
   * Selected candidate will get remuneration of Rs. 6000/-month.
   * Candidate should have the degree of B.Sc ( L.T) with at least 2 years of experience and he must be know to operate  auto analiser, cell counter etc.
4. 1 post is for Physiotherapist
   * Selected candidate will get remuneration of Rs. 7500/-month.
   * Candidate should be B.P.T. with at least 5 years of experience and he should be able to handle the unit efficiently.
5. 1 post is for Pharmacist
   * Selected candidate will get remuneration of Rs. 7500/-month.
   * Candidate should have the degree of B.Pharmacy with at least 2 years of experience in any hospital.
