TPSC Recruitment 2010


Tripura Public Service Commission ( TPSC ) was formed on 30th October, 1972, under the provisions of Article 315 of the Constitution of India. TPSC main function is to make direct recruitment to the Subordinate and Ministerial Services, Advice Government on principles to be followed in making appointments and promotions and transfers from one service to another service, To conduct examinations for appointment to various services of the State, To advice Government on any claim by or in respect of a person who is serving or has served under the Government in a Civil capacity, any cost incurred by him in defending legal proceedings instituted against him in respect of acts done or purporting to be done in the execution of his duty or any claim for award of a pension in respect of injuries sustained by a person while serving under the Government.

TPSC invites applications for the following positions :

Judicial Service Grade III Group B Gazetted
Posts: 9
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.9000-14550/-
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 35 years and for SC/ST its up to 38 years.
Eligibility: Candidates should be a citizen of India. Candidates should have a Degree in Law from recognized University.
Librarian ( UR) , Group C Non Gazetted
Posts: 1
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of  Rs.5310- 24000.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18-37 years as on 14.08.2010.
Eligibility: Candidates should be graduate from a recognized university. should have a Degree or Diploma in library Science.
Desirable: Candidates should have a Knowledge in Bengali and kokborok and having experience in Library works related to Law.
