Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) was formed in early eighties with the aim to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using biogases, a sugarcane residue, as primary raw material. It is the no. one and the largest biogas based Paper Mill in the world consuming about one million tones of biogas every year. It exports its products to more than 30 countries. It’s turnover is about 1000 crore.
TNPL invites applications for the posts for its Mills at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamil Nadu:

| 2. | Asst.field Officer | 1 | M.Sc., Agriculture / Forestry | 2 yrs of working exp. in Forest Plantation and exp. in liaison with Government & Bank Officials and Co-ordination with the farmers. |
| 3. | Asst. Plant Engineer(Mechanical) | 17 | BE./B.Tech. in Mechanical with at least 70% marks. | 2 years of post qualification exp. in erection / commissioning and / or maintenance of various mechanical equipments in a large size continuous process industry like Pulp & Paper, Refinery, Fertilizers and Petro Chemical or Steel Plant or Thermal Power Plant or in the design, manufacture and installation of plant and machinery in a large scale engineering industry. |
| 4. | Assistant Plant Engineer(Electrical) | 5 | BE./B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics with 65% marks | 2 years of exp. in installation, testing and commissioning and / or maintenance of HT and LT equipments like motors, switch gears, transformers etc. in a large size industry like Pulp & Paper, Fertilizers, Refinery, Petro Chemical, Thermal Power Plant and Steel Plant. |
| 5. | Assistant Plant Engineer(Instrumentation) | 3 | BE./B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. | 2 years of exp. in installation, testing and commissioning and / or maintenance of HT and LT equipments like motors, switch gears, transformers etc. in a large size industry like Pulp & Paper, Fertilizers, Refinery, Petro Chemical, Thermal Power Plant and Steel Plant |
| 6. | Medical Officer | 1 | Degree in M.B.B.S. | 2 years of exp. after registration as Medical Graduate. |
Age limit: For post no.1- at least 38 years
for post no. 2 to 5 – 30 to 35 years
For post no.6 – At least 25 years
Pay scale: For post no. 1 is Rs. 21500-600-27500/- and Monthly CTC is Rs.65900/-
For post no.2 – 6 is Rs.10500-250-13000/- and Monthly CTC is Rs.36400/-
