Supreme Court of India Recruitment for Sr. Personal Assistant 2010


Supreme Court of India was setup in 1958. It comprises the Chief Justice and not more than 25 other Judges appointed by the President of India. Judges of Supreme Court retires at the age of 65 years of age. The proceedings of the Supreme Court are conducted in English only. No other languages are used.

Applications are invited by Supreme Court of India for the post of Senior Personal Assistant and the details are as following :

Senior Personal Assistant
No. of post : 1
Pay scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-  + other allowances.
Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age.
Qualification : Candidate should have the degree from a recognised University with proficiency in Shorthand (English) with a speed of 110 words per minute and knowledge of Computer Operation with typing speed of 40 words per minute in computer.

Last date for the receipt of application form : 31st August 2010
Application must be on the form obtained from Supreme Court. The application kit can be
obtained on any Monday to Friday between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
and on Saturdays between 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. from 1.8.2010 to 31.8.2010
Application fees : DD of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of Registrar (Admn.), Supreme Court of India payable at New Delhi.
