Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) was the first  plant in India to incorporate LD technology of steel making. It is also the first steel plant in SAIL.

Sail invites applications for the following positions for its Medical Department at Rourkela Steel Plant :

Technician Radiology ( Trainee)
Posts: 2
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
Qualification: Candidates should have Diploma in Radiological Technology having at least 2 years duration and having experience in MRI.
Physiotherapist (Trainee)
Posts: 1
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.
Technician Laboratory ( Trainee)
Posts: 4
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
Qualification: Candidates should be 10+2 ( Science) with Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Technician Blood Bank (Trainee)
Posts: 1
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
Qualification: Candidates should have a Diploma/B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology. Candidates should have one years of experience in the preparation of Blood components.
Nursing Sister (Trainee)
Posts: 10
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010.
Qualification: Candidates should be Matric with Diploma in General Nursing  and Midwife. Candidates must be registered as a Nurse/ Midwife with any State Nursing Council.
Nursing Sister Tutor (Trainee)
Posts: 2
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 31.03.2010
Qualification: Candidates should be B.Sc (Nursing) and having experience of teaching in school of Nursing.

Note: Candidates for above posts will get Stipend of Rs.8250/- for first year and Rs.9350/- for second year.
