Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is the no. one and the largest steel making company in India. It produces steel for domestic construction, engineering, power, railway, automotive and defence industries and for sale in export markets also. It always uses the modern and new techniques for the production unit. The aim behind it is to achieve a production capacity of 26.2 MTPA of Hot Metal from the base level production of 14.6 MTPA. Under it 5 Integrated steel plants are operating . Bokaro Steel Plant ( BSL ) in Jharkhand is one of them. It has a well-equipped Research and Development Centre for Iron and Steel (RDCIS) which helps to produce quality steel and develop new technologies for the steel industry.

SAIL / Bokaro Steel Plant invites applications from eligible candidates for various posts for its 910 bedded Bokaro General Hospital and Health Centres:

1. Consultant ( Cardiology )
   Grade: E-4
   No. of posts: 2
   Pay scale: Rs.36600-3%-62000/-
   Age limit: 45 years
   Qualifications: Candidate should be PG Super Speciality ( DM / DNB ) in Cardiology.
2. Specialist ( Neurology )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be PG Super Speciality ( DM / DNB ) in Neurology.
3. Specialist ( Ophthalmology )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be MS in Ophthalmology with minimum 3 years of experience in retinal surgery in any medical college.
4. Specialist ( Obst & Gynae )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be MD / MS in O&B with minimum 3 years of experience in  in any medical college.
5. Specialist ( Bio-Chemistry )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be MD in Bio-Chemistry with minimum 3 years of experience in  in any medical college.
6. Specialist ( General Medicine )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 3
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be MD in Medicine with minimum 3 years of experience in  in any medical college.
7. Specialist ( Dental Surgery )
   Grade: E-3
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.32900-3%-58000/-
   Age limit: 40 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be MDS with minimum 3 years of experience in  in any medical college.
8. Medical Officer ( Critical Care Unit )
   Grade: E-1
   No. of posts: 2
   Pay scale: Rs.20600-3%-46500/-
   Age limit: 35 years
   Qualifications: candidate should be MBBS / MD in Medicine or Anaesthesia with minimum 1 year of experience of working as Intensivist in CCU/ICU for CCU.
9. Medical Officer ( Dental )
   Grade: E-1
   No. of posts: 1
   Pay scale: Rs.20600-3%-46500/-
   Age limit: 30 years
   Qualification: Candidate should be BDS with permanent registration Dental Council of India.

Application fees: Candidate has to bring crossed DD of Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant payable at Bokaro steel City.
