Steel Authority of India Limited ( SAIL ) is the largest steel producing company in India. It has five integrated steel plants, three special plants, and one subsidiary in different parts of the
country. IISCO ( ISP ) is the subsidiary of SAIL and is started on 16th February 2006. It is set to undergo modernisation-cum-capacity expansion though which its hot metal production capacity will be raised to 2.5 MT by 2011-12.

IISCO invites application for the following posts:

1. 14 posts are for Assistant Teacher (Trainee )
   Grade : S-2
   Qualifications : candidate should be MA /M.Sc. with B.Ed. Degree in the respective subject with at least 2 years of experience.
2. 1 for Physical education Teacher ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-2
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate with B.P.Ed.Degree and 2 years of experience.
3. 2 for Laboratory Assistant ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-1
   Qualifications : Candidate should be graduate with Science stream and 2 years of experience is required.
4. 1 for Surveyor ( Land )
   Grade : S-3
   Qualifications : candidate should posses Certificate / Diploma in Survey from a Government Recognised Institution with at least 5 years of experience.
5. 2 for Surveyor ( Mining ) ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-3
   Qualifications: Candidate should posses Surveyors’ certificate of competency issued by DGMS with 2 years of minimum experience.
6. 4 for Over man ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-3
   Qualifications : Candidate should have diploma in Mining Engineering with competency in
   Overmanship and should have Gas Testing & First Aid Certificate.
7. 9 for Mining Sirdar ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-1
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed Matriculation exam with Mining Sirdar’s Certificate from DGMS with valid Gas Testing & First Aid Certificate.
8. 10 for Electrician ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-3
   Qualifications : Candidate should have diploma in Electrical Engineering.
9. 2 for Winding Engine Operator ( Trainee )
   Grade : S-3
   Qualifications : candidate should have Second Class Winding Engine Operator’s Certificate of competency issued by DGMS with gas testing and first aid certificate.
10. 100 for Attendant – Cum Technician
    grade : S-1
    Qualifications: Candidate should have passed Matriculation exam and ITI with at least 2 years of experience in steel industry.
11. 200 for Operator – Cum Technician
    Grade : S-3
    Qualification: Candidate should have diploma in Engineering ( Metallurgy, Chemical, Ceramics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation etc) with at least 2 years of experience in steel industry.

Age limit : Maximum 30 years
Pay scale :
For Grade S-1: Rs.8630- 3%- 12080/-
For Grade S-2: Rs.8890- 3%- 12650/-
For Grade S-3: Rs.9160 -3%- 13150/-
