RIMS Recruitment 2012 for Faculties


Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences or RIMS is located at Ranchi. It is an autonomous institute and a medical college established in 1960 in Jharkhand by the Government of Jharkhand. It is also a multi speciality referral hospital with a capacity of 1500 beds. It has well equipped and modernized techniques as well as highly qualified doctors along with trained Para Medical staffs.

RIMS, Ranchi is looking for candidates having best qualification and experience as mentioned in the advertisement. Interested and eligible candidates with the citizenship of India can apply before 25th February 2012.

3 posts are for Professors under the pay scale of Rs.37400-67000/- along with GP Rs.8700/-, 10 posts are for Associate Professors with pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.7600/- as GP, 11 are for Assistant Professors with pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- with Rs.7600/- as GP and 15 vacancies are for the post of Senior Resident under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- along with grade pay of Rs.5400/-. All these vacancies are for the discipline of Urology, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic.

Qualification and experience: Degree of M.Ch/ DM in the relevant subject along with experience is essential for the post of Professor, Associate Professors and Assistant professors. While for the post of Senior Residents, candidates should have PG degree/ diploma in the relevant subjects.
