The Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Bhopal is a part of NCERT New Delhi. It takes care of teacher’s education and other educational requirements of the States of Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and UTs of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. It prepare quality teachers and teacher educators at all levels of school education through various pre-service courses i.e. B.Sc. B.Ed., B.Ed. M.Ed. and Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling, and in-service teacher training programmes conducted throughout the year. Department of Education in Science And Mathematics (DESM), Department of Education in Social Sciences & Humanities (DESSH), Department of Education (DE), Department of Extension Education (DEE) and the Demonstration Multipurpose School (DMS) – all these departments are under RIE, Bhopal.

RIE Bhopal invites applications for the post of Assistant Professors ( Lecturers ) in different departments and the details are as following :

Remuneration : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6000/-
Mode of selection : Interview
Qualification : Candidate should have minimum 55% marks at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or from an accredited foreign University and should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
