Officer Dental Corps Recruitment In Indian Army For SSC 2010
The duty of Staff Selection Commission ( SSC ) is to make recruitment to Group C (non technical ) & Group B (non-gazetted- both technical & non-technical) posts in departments of Government of India, its attached & subordinate offices except those for which recruitment is made by the Railway Recruitment Boards & Industrial Establishments. SSC has a network of 9 Regional/Sub-regional Offices located at Allahabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi & Sub-regional offices located at Chandigarh & Raipur. It is headed by a Chairman with 2 Members & a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations.
Applications are invited for Grants of Short Service Commission in Army Dental Corps from Indian Nationals and the details are given below :
SSC Officer Dental Corps
No. of vacancies : 48 posts
Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age.
Pay scale : PB – 3 Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 6100/- + NPA @ 35 % .
Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of BDS with minimum 55% marks Or the degree of MDS and should have completed one year rotatory Internship recognized by Dental Council of India. Candidate should be in possession of Permanent Dental Registration Certificates valid at least upto 31 Dec 2010 at the time of interview and should be medically fit.
Tenure period : 5 years
