Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL ) was established in 1987 by the government of India under the the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). Its aim is to generate the atomic power stations and implementing the atomic power projects for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and programmes of the Government of India . It maximise the power generation and profitability from nuclear power stations. It is well-equipped to explore new possibilities for greater accomplishments.

NPCIL invites applications for the following positions :

Stipendiary Trainees ( Scientific Assistant / B )
Posts: 12
Stipend: Candidates will get Stipend of Rs.9300/- per month
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18-25 years as on 1.11.2010.
Discipline:
Chemistry  -5, Electrical ( Or ) Electrical and Electronics Engineering ( EEE ) – 3, Mechanical Engineering – 4
Stipendiary Trainees ( Technician/ B )
Posts: 25
Stipend : Candidates will get Stipend of Rs.6200/- p.m for first year and Rs.7200/- p.m for second year.
Age limit: Candidates should be between 18-24 years as on dated 1.11.2010.
Discipline: Process/ Plant Operation  – 7, Electrician – 6, Fitter – 3, Millwright Fitter or Mechanic Machine Tool maintenance  – 9

Mode of selection : written examination

Last Date: 20.09.2010
