NMDC was formed in 1958 by the Government of India under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel. It has the only mechanized diamond mine in the country with a capacity of 1.00 lakh carats / annum at Panna ( Madhya Pradesh State ). It has made valuable and substantial contribution to the National efforts in the mineral sector during the last five decades and has been accorded the status of schedule-A Public Sector Company. NMDC’s performance on physical and financial parameters has been marked by setting fresh records year after year. NMDC invites applications for the posts of Medical Professionals for it hospitals in MP and Karnataka:

1. Jt. Chief Medical Officers
   Grade: E-5
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 50 years
   Pay scale: Rs.43200-3%-66000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be MD / MRCP or MS / FRCS with at least 13 years of experience.
2. Deputy Chief Medical Officers
   Grade: E-4
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 50 years
   Pay scale: Rs.36600-3%-62000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be MD / MRCP or MS / FRCS with at least 10 years of experience.
3. Senior Medical Officer
   Grade: E-3
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 45 years.
   Pay scale: Rs. 32900-3%-58000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be MBBS with PG Degree / Diploma in General Medicine, / General surgery/ Radiology / paediatrics with at least 7 years of experience.
4. Medical Officer
   Grade: E-2
   Age limit:  Candidate should not be more than 45 years.
   Pay scale: Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be MBBS with PG Degree / Diploma in General Medicine, / General surgery/ Radiology / paediatrics with at least 4 years of experience.
5. Assistant Medical Officer
   Grade – E-1
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 45 years.
   Pay scale: Rs.20600-3%-46500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be MBBS with PG Degree / Diploma in General Medicine, / General surgery/ Radiology / paediatrics with at least 2 years of experience.
