Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited ( NLC ) was setup in 1956 as a corporate body by the government of India. Its mission is to strive towards greater cost competitiveness and work towards continued financial strength. The main core activity of NLC is Lignite Excavation and power generation using lignite excavated. NLC is having three lignite mines named as Mine I, Mine II and Mine IA. Also raw lignite is being sold to small scale industries to use it as fuel in their production activities. NLC is generating power in its Thermal Power Station I, Thermal Power Station -II and in Thermal Power Station I Expansion. All the southern states are beneficiaries of this power generation project.

• 1 post for Anaesthesiology
• 1 post is for Psychiatric Medicine
• 1 post is for Chest Medicine
• 3 posts are for Opthal Surgery
• 2 posts are for Critical Care Medicine
• 5 posts are for Paediatrics
• 4 posts are for Gynaecologist & Obstetrics
• 3 posts are for Orthopaedic Surgery
• 4 posts are for General Medicine

Qualifications: Candidate should have PG Degree / Diploma in the relevant subjects.

Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 32 years
Pay scale: Rs. 20600-46500/-
Grade E-3
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 34 years
Pay scale: Rs. 24900-50500/-
Grade E-4
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 36 years
Pay scale: Rs. 29100-54500/-
Grade E-5
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 44 years
Pay scale: Rs. 32900-58000/-
Grade E-6
Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 50 years
Pay scale: Rs. 36600-62000/-
