National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies ( NISTADS ) New Delhi was established on 30th September 1980. It is related with the study of various aspects of interaction among science, society and state and exploring continuously the Interface Between Science,Technology And Society.

NISTADS invites applications from Indian Nationals for the various posts :

  1. Scientists Grade IV ( 2 )
    No. of posts : 12
    Pay scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP of Rs. 6600/-
    Emolument : Rs. 51988/- per month + Professional update allowance Rs. 10,000 p.a.
    Age limit :Maximum 35 years.
  2. Scientists Grade IV ( 3 )
    no. of posts : 4
    Pay scale : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-
    Emolument : Rs. 54775/- per month + Professional update allowance Rs. 10,000 p.a.
    Age limit :Maximum 40 years.
  3. Scientists Grade IV ( 4 )
    No. of posts : 4
    Pay scale : Rs. 37400 – 67000/- with GP of Rs. 8700/-
    Emoluments : Rs. 85945/- + Professional update allowance Rs. 20,000 p.a.
    Age limit :Maximum 45 years.
  4. Scientists Grade IV ( 5 )
    No. of posts : 2
    Pay scale : Rs. 37400 – 67000/- with GP of Rs. 8900/-
    Emoluments : Rs. 88295/- + Professional update allowance Rs. 20,000 p.a.
    Age limit :Maximum 50 years.
