National Institute of Fashion Technology ( NIFT ) was established in 1986 by the Government of India under the aegis of Ministry of Textiles. It is the No. one institute of Design Management and technology. It has 15 Centres located at New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Kolkata, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Kannur, Shillong, Patna, Rae Bareli, Kangra and Jodhpur & Bhubaneswar. It is playing a crucial role in benchmarking performance and processes in the areas of fashion education, research and development, training and consultancy.

Sir, Iam working in the department of correctional services,west Bengal as a welfare officer of Midnapore Central Correctional Home,paschim Midnapore having 5 years service. Now I want to work your organization as a Head Resource Centre at kolkata on deputation basis. My qualification MSW from Visva Bharati University. Age 32yrs.plz clarify am i eligible for the said post.
