NHDC Limited is a joint venture NHPC Ltd . and Government of Madhya Pradesh. It was established on 1st August 2000 and was formerly known as Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd.. Its main aim is to develop hydro power and other renewal energy potential in the state of Madhya Pradesh. It is the largest Hydro power producer in MP and is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company.

Applications are invited by NHDC Ltd. from Indian Nationals for the following posts :

1. General Manager ( Thermal Power Project )
   Pay scale : E-8 Rs. 20500 – 26500/- ( IDA )
   Age limit : Maximum 52 years
   Qualification : candidate should be graduate in Elect. or Mechanical Engineering.
   Experience : Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification relevant experience in executive category, out of which 4 years combined experience in the pay scale of Rs.19500-
   25600 and / or Rs.19000-24750 (pre revised IDA pay scale wef 01.01.1997) or 4 years in Rs.16400-450-20900 (pre-revised CDA scale wef 01.01.1996) or equivalent level / post profile.
2. Chief Engineer ( Electrical ) thermal Power
   pay scale : E 7 Rs. Rs. 19500 – 25600/- ( IDA )
   Age limit : Not more than 48 years
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Electrical Engineering.
   Experience : At least 19 years of post qualification relevant experience in executive category and should be thoroughly conversant with Modern management system and techniques of construction, cost control, quality management and IT applications.
3. Chief Engineer ( Mechanical ) Thermal Power Project
   Pay scale : E 7 Rs. Rs. 19500 – 25600/- ( IDA )
   Age limit :Not more than 48 years
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
   Experience : At least 19 years of post qualification relevant experience in executive category and should be thoroughly conversant with Modern management system and techniques of construction, cost control, quality management and IT applications.
4. Chief Engineer ( Electrical / Mechanical ) Thermal Power Project
   Pay scale : E 7 Rs. Rs. 19500 – 25600/- ( IDA )
   Age limit : Not more than 48 years
   Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
   Experience : At least 19 years of post qualification relevant experience in executive category and should be thoroughly conversant with Modern management system and techniques of construction, cost control, quality management and IT applications.
