Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) is the largest saleable pig iron. It is carried and promoted by MMTC and IPICOL.

NINL requires professionals and invites applications for the following post:

  1. General manager
    Field: Human Resource Management ( HRM )
    Age limit: 50 years
    Pay scale: Rs. 20500-500-26500/-
    Qualification: Candidate should be an MBA with HRM or  PG Diploma in Personnel Mgmt. 
    Experience: Candidate should have the experience of at least 5 years in IR and 15 years work experience in higher position.
  2. Manager/Deputy Manager
    Field: Refractory
    Age limit: 36-39 years
    Pay  scale:Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
    Qualification: Candidate should have the degree in Ceramic/ Refractory Engineering.
    Experience: Candidate should have at least  7 yrs of work experience in an integrated steel plant having facilities like Continuous Casting, LD converter, Lime and Dolomite Plant, Mixer.
  3. Assistant General Manager
    Field: BOF
    Age limit:45 years
    Pay Scale:Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
    Qualification: Should have the degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering.
    Experience: Should have 16 years of work experience in operation & maintenance of Steel
    Melting Shop, BOF/LD Converter.
  4. Assistant General Manager
    Field : CCP
    age limit:45 years
    Pay scale:Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
    Qualification: Should have the degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering.
    Experience: Should have 16 years of work experience in operation & maintenance of Steel
    Melting Shop, BOF/LD Converter.
  5. Assistant General Manager
    Field : EMD
    Age limit:45 years
    Pay scale: Rs. 19000-450-24400/-
    Qualification:Should have the degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering
    Experience: Candidate should have  minimum 16 years of work experience in operation/ maintenance of Gas Mixing, Gas boosting station, gas holder and gas lines.
  6. Deputy Assistant Manager
    Field: Energy Management
    Age limit: 33-36 years
    Pay scale: Rs. 16000-400-20800/-
    Qualification: Should have the degree in Metallurgical/ Mechanical Engineering
    Experience: Should have at least 4 years of exp. in operation/ maintenance of Gas Mixing, Gas boosting station.
