National Horticulture Board Recruitment 2012
National Horticulture Board or NHB was established in 1984 by the Government of India. It is an autonomous society which mention schemes and policies for the development of hi-tech commercial horticulture in identified belts. Its head office is at Gurgaon of Haryana. It also promote consumption of horticulture products and production. It is the best independent organisation in the field of horticulture.
NHB invites applications from Indian Nationals for the post of Horticulture Officers. Candidates with the required qualifications can apply before 22nd January 2012 by sending an application form. Candidates has to send application form along with proof of educational qualifications and experience to the address of Managing Director, National Horticulture Board, 85, Industrial Area, Sector-18, Gurgaon-122015.
6 vacancies are for the post of Horticulture Officer under the pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- along with grade pay of Rs.4200/-. For this post, candidates age should not be more than 25 years. Degree of B.Sc in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Economics from any recognized university along with minimum 3 years of experience is required for the above position.
