National Aluminum Company Limited ( NALCO ) is a Navratna Company established in 1981. It is a public sector enterprise of the Government of India. It is Asia’s largest integrated aluminum complex, encompassing bauxite mining, alumina refining, aluminum smelting and casting, power generation, rail and port operations. Its main duty is to exploit a part of the large deposits of bauxite discovered in the East Coast. It attract competent personnel with  growth potential and develop their skills and capabilities in a congenial work and social environment through opportunities for training, recognition career advancement and other incentives.

NALCO invites applications for the various posts and the details are as following :

Age limit : Candidate should not be more than 30 years.

  1. Graduate Engineer Trainees ( GET )
    No. of vacancies : 124 posts
    Discipline : Mechanical, Mining Machinery, Electrical, C & I, Metallurgy, Chemical , Civil, Systems ( Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology ), Geology, Mining.
    Pay scale :  Rs. 16400 – 3% – 40500/-
    CTC : Rs. 27027/- per month.
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Engineering / Technology with minimum 65% marks in any of the above mentioned disciplines and candidates with the management degree from premiere institute in any of the above mentioned disciplines will be preferred.
  2. Management Trainees ( MTs )
    No. of vacancies : 15 posts
    Disciplines : Human Resource Management, Public relation & Corporate Communication, Marketing Management , Finance.
    Pay scale : Rs. 16400 – 3% – 40500/-
    CTC : Rs. 27027/- per month.
    Qualification : Candidate should be graduate with minimum 65% marks .

Opening Date for ONLINE Registration: 10th August 2010
Last date for ONLINE Registration : 30th August 2010
Last date for receiving the downloaded filled in application form : 7th September 2010
Date of written test : 26th September 2010
Registration fees : Registration fees of Rs. 500/- should be deposited in NALCO Powerjyoti A/c no. 31285673209 of SBI.
