MSTC Limited is a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India. The company was established on 9^th September 1964 investing Rs. 6 Lakh. In 1982, it became an independent company under Ministry of Steel.MSTC has broadly 2 major departments. One of them is Marketing Division which is responsible for procurement of raw materials for its principal. The second department provides a marketplace for domestic sellers and buyers to do business in metal scrap (ferrous/non-ferrous), surplus stores, machineries, obsolete spares, vehicles, Plants etc.MSTC has always made profits and has paid dividends to its shareholders. The shareholders’ investment in the company was Rs 1.10 crore and by issuing bonus shares @1:1, the paid up capital was increased to Rs 2.20 crore. The General Reserves of the company as on 31.3.2007 is in excess of Rs 150 crore

MSTC Ltd. invites application for the following posts:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
· No. of Posts: 10 (5 seats reserved for OBC and 1 for PH(HH))
· Ref: P&T/08/02/MT
· Qualifications: Candidates should have a degree in Science/ Commerce/Arts/       Engineering/Computers/Management. MBA candidates will be given preference.
· Experience: Freshers can apply
· Age Criteria: Candidates should be below 28 years of age
NOTE:
Selection will be based on written test, Group discussions and Interview.
Pay Scale: a) during training of 1 year – Rs. 12600-32500
b) after completion of training – Rs. 16400 – 40500
Selected Candidates need to execute a bond for Rs. 50000 in favour of MSTC Ltd. to serve the company for a period of atleast 5 years.

JUNIOR MANAGER(F&A)
· No. of Posts: 4 (1 reserved for SC and 1 for OBC)
· Ref: P&T/08/03/F&A
· Qualifications: Candidates should have a degree of CA or ICWA. Candidates should also have knowledge of Company Law, Taxation and Computer application.
· Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
· Age Criteria: Candidates must be below 30 years of age.
NOTE:
Selection will be done on the basis of interview only.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500 (min. gross pay Rs. 30000)
