Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission ( MPPSC ) was organised on 1st November 1956. The formation of State Public Service Commissions was adopted to eliminate favoritism, nepotism, personal likes / dislikes, whims and fancies . It is an independent body that recruits candidates to the various civil service posts in the state by holding competitive examinations. Besides, selecting candidates to the civil services posts, the commission also frames rules and regulations and initiates disciplinary action as when required. To undertake its various tasks, commission has one chairman and four other members.

MPPSC invites applications from Indian nationals for the post of Principals in the MP Government School Departments and the details are as following :

Principal Higher Secondary School
No. of posts : 240 posts
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and maximum 38 years.
Pay scale: Rs. 8000 – 275 – 13500/-
Qualification: Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree with with at least 2nd division in OR should have the degree of B.Ed or equivalent .
Experience : Candidate should have teaching experience in Higher Secondary school or High School classes .
