The Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited ( MPPKVVCL ) was established on 1st July 2002 by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Paschim Kshetra encompasses an area served by 58534 kms of HT and 126376 km of LT distribution network. The main duty of MPPKVVCL is to achieve efficiency gains and making necessary changes to make the Company commercially viable, progressively self sustainable and less government dependent and at the same time, balancing the interest of the consumers in regard to quality of service and economical tariff. Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited Indore, Madhya Pradesh Poorva Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited, Jabalpur and Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited, Bhopal are the successor companies of M.P. State Electricity Board that have been incorporated to undertake activities of distribution and retail supply of electricity in the state of M.P.

MPPKVVCL invites ONLINE applications for the post of Assistant Engineers and the details are :

Assistant Engineers ( Electrical – Distribution )
Total No. of vacancies : 180 posts ( MPPKVVCL Indore – 70 posts, MPPKVVCL – Jabalpur – 40 posts and MPPKVVCL Bhopal – 70 posts )
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years
Pay scale : Pay band – 3 Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with grade pay of Rs. 5400/-
Total Basic pay : Rs. 21000/- per month
Qualification : Candidate should be graduate in Electricals Or Electrical & Electronics with at least 65% marks

Date of written test : 19th September 2010
