Mini Ratna Public Sector Undertaking ( MRPSU ) was identified in 1997 by the Government of India. Navratna means ornaments composed of nine gems. Navratna status is conferred by Department of Public Enterprises. The another category originated by the Government is Miniratna. There is 41 government enterprises that were awarded Miniratna status. These miniratnas granted certain autonomy like incurring capital expenditure without government approval up to Rs. 500 crore or equal to their net worth, whichever is lower.

Application invited by All India Management Association from Indian Nationals for the following Jobs in MRPSU :

01. Management Trainee ( General )
No. of posts: 14
Pay scale: Rs. 20600 – 46500/-
Gross Emolument: Rs. 27000/- consolidated
Age limit: Maximum 28 years
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of MBA with the specialisation in Personnel Management / Human Resource / Industrial Relation / Marketing Management / Supply Chain Management.

02. Management Trainee ( Accounts )
No. of posts: 4
Pay scale: Rs. 20600 – 46500/-
Gross Emolument: Rs. 27000/- consolidated
Age limit: Maximum 28 years
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of MBA in Finance or A pass in final examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India or Pass in ACS (Associate Company Secretary).

03. Accountant
No. of posts: 20
Pay scale: Rs. 16400 – 40500/-
Gross Emolument: Rs. 21460/- with other allowances
Age limit: Maximum 30 years
Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BA / B.Com / CA / Cost and work Accountant /  SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with atleast 3 years of experience of maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial/ Departmental Undertakings.

04. Junior Technical Assistant
No. of posts: 51
Pay scale: Rs. 10500 – 26400/-
Gross Emolument: Rs. 13745/- with other perks and allowances
Age limit: Maximum 28 years
Qualifications: Candidate should posses degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.
