Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank Vacancy April 2010


Gramin bank was founded in 1983 but was originally traced in 1976 by Muhammad Yunus. It is a microfinance organisation. The bank began as a research project by Yunus and the Rural Economics Project at Bangladesh’s University of Chittagong to test his method for providing credit and banking services to the rural poor. Madhya Bihar Gramin bank is a regional bank of Gramin Bank.

Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank invites applications from Indian nationals for the following post:

* Clerk-Cum-Cashier
No. of posts: 119
Age limit: Minimum-18 years & maximum-26 years
Pay scale: Rs. 4410-13210/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have a degree in any stream with diploma in Banking recognised by Central or state Government and should have perfect knowledge in local language and candidates with computer knowledge will be preferred.

Last date for the receipt of application: 15th May 2010
Date of written examinations: 11th July 2010

Application fees: Rs.450/- in form of Accounts payee crossed bank draft/Bankers cheque drawn in favour of “Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank-Recruitment Project-2010 Account” payable at Patna .
