The Kerala Public Service Commission ( KPSC ) was setup by the Constitution of India. Its head office is located Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala. The main function of KPSC is to conduct examinations for appointments to the services of the state.

KPSC invites applications for the various posts :

1. Assistant Engineer ( Civil )
   No. of posts : 3
   Firm : Kerala Tourism Development Corporation Ltd.
   Pay scale : Rs. 11070 – 18450/-
   Age limit : 21 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering .
2. Rehabilitation Technician Gr.II (Orthotics)
   No. of posts : 1
   Department : Health Services
   Pay scale : Rs. 5650 – 8790/-
   Age limit : 18 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have the degree of Bachelor of Rehabilitation Technology in Orthotics obtained from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the Rehabilitation Council OR Diploma in Rehabilitation Technology in Orthotics and should have registration in the Rehabilitation Council of India.
3. Staff Nurse Grade II
   No. of posts : 20
   Department : Health Services
   Pay scale : Rs. 7480 – 11910/-
   Age limit : 20 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed 12th exam / Pre-degree (with Science Subjects) Course/Pass in VHSE (with Science subjects)/ and VHSE in Domestic Nursing and should have the certificate of B.SC Nursing of a recognized University. And also registered with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.
4. Laboratory Technician Grade II/Laboratory Assistant Grade II
   No. of posts : 4
   Department : Animal Husbandry Department
   Pay scale : Rs. 6080 – 9830/-
   Age limit : 18 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed SSLC Examination and Laboratory Technician Course conducted in any of the Medical Colleges in the State or any institute approved by the Government or under Kerala Agricultural University.
5. Electrician
   No. of posts : 7
   Department : Health Services
   Pay scale : Rs. 5650 – 8790/-
   Age limit : 18 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed SSLC examination and should have ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician or equivalent qualification with Wireman competency certificate issued by the Kerala State Electricity Licensing Board.
6. Power Laundry Attender
   No. of posts : 3
   Department : Health Services
   Pay scale : Rs. 4630 – 7000/-
   Age limit : 18 – 35 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed Form III or Standard VIII(New) or equivalent and should have 1 year of experience as Electrical Line Helper or as Lascar.
7. Boat Master
   No. of posts : 2
   Department : Kerala State Water Transport
   Pay scale : Rs. 3350 – 5275/-
   Age limit : 19 – 40 years
   qualification : Candidate should have passed SSLC exam and should posses Boat Masters License.
8. Tradesman ( Carpentry )
   no. of posts : 1
   Department : Technical Education
   Pay scale : Rs. 5250 – 8390/-
   Age limit : 19 – 39 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed 8th std. and JTSLC or ITI or KGTE or KGCE or City and Guilds Examination in the concerned trade.
9. Male Warden
   No. of posts : 1
   Department : Scheduled Caste Development Department
   Pay scale : Rs. 5250 – 8390/-
   Age limit : 18 – 38 years
   Qualification : Candidate should have passed SSLC exam .
