Recen (TNPL) was setup by the Government of Tamil Nadu. Its main work is to produce Newsprint and Printing & Writing Paper using biogases, a sugarcane residue, as primary raw material. Around one fifth of products of TNPL are exported to more than 30 countries. It offers high-quality surface sized and non-surface sized paper to suit the needs of modern high speed printing machines. TNPL’s cutting edge technology backed by experienced professionals ensures quality products to customers and also caters to the requirements of multifunctional printing processes like sheet-fed, web offset, and digital printers.

TNPL invites applications for various posts for its Mills at Kagithapuram in Karur District, Tamil Nadu and the details are as follows:

1. 13 posts are for Assistant Plant Engineer ( Mechanical )
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 30 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BE./B.Tech. in Mechanical with at least 70% marks and should have at least 2 years of post qualification experience in erection / commissioning and / or maintenance of various mechanical equipments in a large size Pulp & Paper, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petro-chemical or Metal Processing Industries or Thermal Power Plant or in thte design, manufacture and installation of Plant and Machinery in a large
   scale Engineering / Manufacturing Industry.
2. 4 posts are for Assistant Plant Engineer ( Electrical )
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 30 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BE./B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electronics with at least 65% marks and preference will be given to candidates with PG qualification in Power Electronics . Candidate should have 2 years of post qualification experience in in installation, testing and commissioning and / or maintenance of HT and LT equipments like motors, switch gears, transformers etc.
3. 3 posts are for Assistant Plant Engineers ( Instrumentation )
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 30 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of BE. / B.Tech. in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with 65% marks and should have at least 2 years of post qualification experience in installation, testing and commissioning and / or maintenance of instrumentation and controls, automation etc. in a large size Pulp & Paper, Fertilizer, Refinery, Petro-chemical or Metal Processing Industries, or Thermal Power Plant with exposure in Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers.

Pay scale for all the posts: Rs. 10500-250-13000/-
