Orissa Power transmission Corporation Limited ( OPTCL ) was incorporated in March 2004. It is the no. one and the largest Transmission Utility in the country. Its registered office is located at Bhubaneswar, the capital of the State of Orissa. It is wholly owned by the Government of Orissa to undertake the business of transmission and wheeling of electricity in the State.

Applications are invited by OPTCL for the post of Junior Management Trainee and the details are :

1. Jr. Management Trainee ( Electrical )
   No. of posts: 12
   Age limit: Maximum 32 years
   qualifications:  Candidate should posses diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks and it is essential for a candidate to pass Oriya Language Test equivalent to M.E. standard OR has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
2. Jr. Management Trainee ( Telecommunication )
   No. of posts: 13
   Age limit: Maximum 32 years
   Qualifications: Candidate should have diploma in Electronics/Instrumentation/ Telecommunication Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate and it is essential for a candidate to pass Oriya Language Test equivalent to M.E. standard OR has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.
3. Jr. Management Trainee ( Information Technology )
   No. of posts: 1
   Age limit: Maximum 32 years
   Qualifications: Candidate should have diploma in in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering /Instrumentation / Computer Science with at least 60% marks in aggregate OR should have the degree of B.Sc(IT) / BCA / any discipline with PGDCA of minimum one year duration and it is essential for a candidate to pass Oriya Language Test equivalent to M.E. standard OR has to pass the requisite language test in Oriya within one year of appointment.

Last date: 16th May 2010
Application fees: DD of Rs.200/- drawn on a Scheduled Bank in favour of DDO, Hqrs. Office, OPTCL payable at Bhubaneswar.
