Broadcast Engineering Consultant India Ltd. (BECIL) was setup on 24th March 1995. It provides consultancy services in the specialized fields of Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology. Its main aim is to facilitate the growth of Broadcasting in India and associated Asian regions. It is managed by an eminent team of experts, having rich experience in different fields of broadcast industry.

BECIL invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following posts:

1. Joint General Manager (Being re designated as General Manager)
   Age limit: Maximum 50 years
   Pay scale: Rs. 36600-62000/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & communication/IT .
   Experience: At least 10 years of experience in middle managerial level with proven track record of working in business development/ marketing of professional services / products/ design, planning & execution of Radio/TV projects.
2. Manager ( HR/Administration )
   Age limit: Maximum 40 years
   Pay scale: Rs. 24900-50500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should posses PG Degree in Pers. Mgt. / Industrial Relations / HRD / Social Work.
   Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in a CPSE.
3. Manager ( Finance )
   Age limit: Maximum 40 years
   Pay scale: Rs. 24900-50500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
   Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in a CPSE.
4. Deputy Manager ( Finance )
   Age limit: Maximum 38 years
   Pay scale: Rs.20600-46500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
   Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field .
5. Deputy Manager ( BD )
   Age limit: Maximum 38 years
   Pay scale: Rs.20600-46500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & communication/IT .
   Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Broadcast/ Communication of which 1 year in the Assistant Manager level.
6. Management Trainee for Regional Office Bangalore
   Age limit: Maximum 28 years
   Pay scale: Rs.15000/- per month
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics & communication/IT  and MBA/PG Diploma in business management is desirable.
