National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) was formed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) . Its office is situated in Mumbai. It is engaged in capacity building among the stakeholders in the securities markets through financial literacy, professional education, enhancing governance standards and fostering policy research.

NISM invites applications for the following staffs :

1. Front Desk Officer (Junior/Senior Executive) – Programme Office
   Ref: EC-1
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 3 lakhs to Rs. 5 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate from any reputed institute.
   Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive in an educational Institute or in a call centre and should be able to handle multi-tasking and work under time-bound schedule with the knowledge of handling MS Office.
2. Asst. Mgr./Deputy Mgr – Programme Office
   Ref : AM – DM – 2
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 7 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Marketing .
   Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience for graduate candidates and 3 years of experience for PG Candidates  in an educational Institute relating to marketing of programmes/courses/tests and managing placement.
3. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager ( Finance and Accounts )
   Ref : AM – 3
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 6 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of B.Com with atleast 65% marks and preference will be given to the candidate with M.Com or Inter CA or MBA/MMS (Fin.).
   Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience .
4. Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager ( Human Resource )
   Ref : AM-DM- 4
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs. 7 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate with with MBA (HR) or MHRM or any allied qualification or a P.G. Degree in MA PPM or P.G. Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, from any recognized University/ Institute, preferably with Law.
   Experience: Minimum 4 years of post qualification experience in handling various HR and industrial relations related matters.
5. Manager / Deputy manager ( Administration )
   Ref: DM-M- 5
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate with the degree in Public Administration.
   Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in managing administrative activities, including housekeeping of office and other premises, and other general administration including co-ordination with government agencies.
6. Senior Executive / Assistant manager ( IT )
   Ref : SE-AM- 6
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 4 lakhs to Rs. 6 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be B.C.A./B.Sc.(I.T./Computer Science) Graduate with First Class.
   Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in My SQL database and Reporting Tools.
7. VP / SVP ( IT )
   Ref: VP – SVP – 7
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 16 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be Graduate or Post-Graduate in computer engineering/IT.
   Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in a large educational Institution or IT company or data management companies.
8. VP/SVP ( Non Academic Faculty )
   Ref: VP-SVP- 8
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 16 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be post graduate and preference will be given to ICSI/ ICAI / ICWA.
   Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Educational Institute or Regulatory Organization or Self Regulatory Organization or Corporate dealing with financial literacy initiatives.
9. Manager ( Electrical )
   Ref : M-E- 9
   Indicative CTC: Rs. 7 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs.
   Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate in Electrical Engineering.
   Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience of handling independently electrical and mechanical works of large installation. Incumbent with working familiarity in a computerized environment.
10. Manager – Civil
    Ref: M-E- 10
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 7 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should be graduate be graduate in civil engineering.
    Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience of various activities for buildings and structures. Incumbent with working familiarity in a computerized environment.
11. Academic Associates
    Ref: M-AA- 11
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 7 lakhs to Rs. 9 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should posses PG Degree or MBA or MMS, M. Phil in Finance, Financial Economics, Financial Markets, or ICWAI/ACA/FCA.
    Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in an educational Institute or in any organization in Financial Sector.
12. President / senior Vice President ( Non Academic Faculty )
    Ref: SVP/P- 12
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 14 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of Law and the Membership of the Institute of Company Secretary of India or the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India.
    Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience on job in managerial cadre in regulatory organizations dealing in securities laws. Incumbent with working familiarity in a computerized environment.
13. Faculty Positions ( Asst. Professors / Associate Prof. / Prof. / Adjunct Faculty )
    Ref: FP- 13
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 9 lakhs to Rs. 16 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should have doctoral qualification in Finance, Management (with Finance Specialization), or Financial Economics, from highly reputed University/ Institute from India or abroad.
    Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
14. Consultant ( Corporate Governance )|
    Ref: C- 14
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 16 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should have masters’ degree in management/finance. Additional professional qualification such as CS/ICWA/CA is desirable.
    Experience: Minimum 17 years of experience is required.
15. School Head
    Ref: SH – 15
    Indicative CTC: Rs. 16 lakhs to Rs. 18 lakhs.
    Qualifications: Candidate should have doctoral qualification in Finance, Management (with Finance Specialization), or Financial Economics, from highly reputed University/ Institute from India or abroad.
    Experience: Minimum 17 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration. Incumbent with working familiarity in a computerized environment.

Period of Contract: 3 To 5 years
