Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) develop space technology and its application to various national tasks. It has operationalised two major satellite systems namely Indian National Satellites (INSAT) for communication services and Indian Remote Sensing (IRS) satellites for management of natural resources.

ISRO offers job opportunity to young graduate engineers and invites application for the following posts:

Written test will be held on 17th April 2010.

1. Scientists/ Engineer SC – Electronics
   Code: 01

2. Scientists/ Engineer SC – Mechanical
   Code: 02

Other details for both the posts:
Age Limit: Candidate should not be more than 35 years on 26th February 2010
Remuneration: Rs.15600-39100 with GP Rs.5400/-
Qualification: Candidate should have the degree of BE/B.Tech or equivalent with 65% marks at least.

Mode of applying:
1. The candidate before filing his application has to take a DD for Rs.100/- from any of the Nationalized Bank in favour of the Sr. Accounts Officer, ISRO HQ, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore.The Applicant should enter the DD Number, date and name of the Bank in the space provided for the same in the web application. After filing the application, on-line, the applicant has to send the DD with his Full Name (as entered in web), Post Number and Registration No. written on the reverse of the DD to Sr. Administrative Officer (ICRB), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bangalore – 560231 by ordinary post super scribing on the envelope “ISRO RECRUITMENT-SCI/ENGR-SC(BE/B.TECH)”.
This should be send latest by 5th March 2010
2. For online registration : Candidates may visit ISRO web-site at www.isro.gov.in to register their applications on-line from 5th February 2010 to 26th February 2010 .Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference.
