Indian Rare Earths Limited ( IREL ) was formed on 18th August 1950. It is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified company. The main work of IREL is mining and separation of heavy minerals like Rutile, Zircon, Sillimanite, Garnet and Monazite from beach sand. It is one of the leading company in the field of mining and separation of minerals and beach.

Applications are invited by IREL for the posts mentioned below:

1. 1 post is for Manager ( Security )
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 45 years.
   Pay scale: Rs.29100-54500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be Graduate and commissioned Officer in Indian Army or equivalent retired from Indian Defence Services. And candidate with Industrial Security experience (like CISF) and working knowledge of Oriya/Hindi will given the preference.
2. 1 post is for Deputy Security Officer
   Age limit: 35-45 years
   Pay scale: Rs.12600-32500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate must have passed 12th Certificate Examination and must have retired from the Coloured Service in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) from Indian Army, Indian Navy or Indian Air Force with minimum 10 years of experience.
3. 2 posts are for Officers ( Mines Survey )
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 35 years.
   Pay scale:Rs.16400-40500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should have Diploma in Mining/ Mining Engineering/Mining and Mine Surveying/Mine Surveying/Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of surveying experience in a reputed mine. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge in AUTOCAD and Total Station.
4. 2 posts are for Medical Officers
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 35 years.
   Pay scale:Rs.16400-40500/-
   Qualifications: Candidate should be  M.B.B.S. from a recognized University approved by Medical Council of India with minimum 2 years of Post qualification experience after Internship. and candidates having Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Health/Associate Fellow of Industrial Health from Central Labour Institute will be given preference.
