Indian Institute of Technology IIT are institutions of national importance established through an act of Parliament. IIT plays an important role in technological manpower development and have research programmes comparable to the best in the world. IIT Delhi is established in the year 1961 spreads over the area of 320 acres.

IIT Delhi invites applications for the following positions:

Professor:
Remuneration: Candidate will get remuneration of  Rs.37400-67000 (PB-4).
Qualification: Ph.D. with minimum 60% or equivalent grade at the preceding degree.
Experience: Candidate should have a minimum 10 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial.
Associate Professor:
Remuneration: Candidate will get remuneration of Rs.37400-67000 (PB-4).
Qualification:Ph.D. with minimum 60% or equivalent grade at the preceding degree. Experience: Candidate should have a minimum 6 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial.
Assistant Professor:
Remuneration: Candidate will get remuneration of Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3). On Completion of 3 years they will move to (PB-4).
Qualification:Ph.D. with minimum 60% or equivalent grade at the preceding degree. Experience: Candidate should have a 3 years experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
