The fifth Indian Institute of Management was founded in 1996 by Government of India in collaboration with Government of Kerala at Calicut. Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) provides high range of academic programmes in the field of management education. It is known for its excellence and a leadership position in management education. It is involved in the field of teaching, research and consulting. It is an active member of Strategic Management Forum, to organize Seminar/Conferences and conduct management teacher’s programme. Leading Management Institutions like IIM Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Indore and Lucknow along with MDI, Gurgaon, XLRI, Jamshedpur and IIFT, New Delhi join hands to conduct week long faculty development programme on various subjects in the field of Strategic Management.

IIMK invites applications for the following positions:

PROFESSORS
Pay scale: Rs.37400-67000/ with AGP of Rs. 10500/-
Qualifications: candidate should have Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree and commensurate publications/publication potential.
Experience: At least 10 tears of industrial/research/teaching experience, of which 8 years should be at Assistant/Associate Professor Level and at least 4 years of experience as Associate Professor should be in a premier institution such as IIM, IIT, IISC. NITIE or similar others.

ASSOCIATE PROFESOR
Pay scale: Rs. 37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 9500/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree and commensurate publications/publication potential.
Experience: At least 8 years of industrial (Officer level)/research/teaching experience, of which 3 years should be at Assistant Professor Level.

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
Pay scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with AGP of Rs. 8000/-
Qualifications: Candidate should have Ph.D. degree or its equivalent with first class in the preceding degree and commensurate publications/publication potential.
Experience: At least 3 years of industrial /research/teaching experience (experience gained during Ph.D will not be counted).
