The Indian Institute of Management ( IIM ) Lucknow was started in 1984. Its main aim is creation of knowledge, influencing management practices and integrate globally. It is recognised worldwide for their academic and professional excellence. It is spread over 115 acres. It is a vibrant nodal centre for post experience management education, research, consulting and corporate training.

Applications are invited by IIM Rohtak for the following Faculty posts in different areas :

1. Professors
   Pay scale : PB – 4 Rs. 37400  – 67000/- with AGP of Rs. 10500/-
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Ph.D Degree in the relevant branch with minimum 60% marks .
   Experience : At least 10 years of teaching /research/industrial experience of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, NITIE, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai and IISERs or at an equivalent level in any such other Indian or foreign institution / institutions of comparable standards.
2. Associate Professors
   Pay scale : PB – 4 Rs. 37400  – 67000/- with AGP of Rs. 9500/-
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Ph.D Degree in the relevant branch with minimum 60% marks .
   Experience : At least 6 years of teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
3. Assistant Professor
   Pay scale : PB – 3 Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP of Rs. 8000/-
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Ph.D Degree in the relevant branch with minimum 60% marks .
   Experience : At least 3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (exclusive period of doing Ph.D) A fresh Ph.D may be considered for the position will be on contract basis.
