Indian Institute of Information Technology , Allahabad (IIIT-A) was formed in 1999. It’s main aim is to develop  skilled manpower and expert professionals in the field of Information Technology.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology ,Allahabad (IIIT-A) , invites applications from Indian Nationals for the following posts:

1. LECTURER
             Qualification: Ph.D’s in concerned subject
             Experience  : Fresher’s doing Ph.D can also apply.

2. RESEARCH SCHOLARS
             Qualification : M.Tech. / MBA / MS in Cyber Laws or Equivalent.

3. PROFESSORS
              Qualification : Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the
                                     preceding degree in the appropriate branch.
              Experience   :  9 years teaching/research/industrial experience out of which 5 yrs.should
                                     be as Assistant Professor.

4. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
             Qualification  :   Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in  the 
                                      appropriate branch.
              Experience   : 3 years teaching/research/industrial experience.

5.  ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
             Qualification  :  Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in  the 
                                      appropriate branch.
             Experience  :  8 years teaching/research/industrial experience out of which  3 years 
                                    as an Assistant Professor.

Following are the areas for which applications are invited:

• Electronics:- Digital Design, Instrumentation & Control, Device & Circuit Modelling, Mixed  Signal  VLSI Design, RF (Circuit & VLSI) Design & MEMS
• Management & Cyber Laws – Finance, Operations, General Management (IT), Cyber Laws
• Information Technology - Algorithms, Operating Systems & Compiler Design, Networking, Discrete Mathematics, Software Engineering, Real-Time Systems, Simulation & Modeling, Computer Architecture & System Software.
