Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Hajipur was established in  the year 1997. It  is an autonomous body and is a Registered Society under the Society Registration Act  1860 .Its affairs are looked after by Board of Governors. The Institute is financed by Govt. of India, Ministry of Tourism in shape of grant-in-aid for meeting capital nature of expenditure as well as non recurring expenditure. 

IHM Hajipur invites Applications for the following positions :

Head of the Department
Posts: 1
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.15600-39100.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 45 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification: (i) Candidates should be graduate from a recognized University. (ii) Candidates should have a Degree/3 year Diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National council for Hotel Management/State Board of Technical Education/recognized university. The Candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in degree/diploma in Hotel Management. For Graduate in Hotel Management item no. 1 is not necessary.
Sr.Lecturer-Cum- Sr. Instructor
Posts: 2
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.15600-39100.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 40 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification: Candidates should have at least 55% marks in Degree/ 3 Years diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute of Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to NCHMCT/SBTE/ Recognized university.
Lecturer
Posts: 1
Remuneration : Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.9300-34800.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 35 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification: Candidates should have at least 55% marks in  Degree/ 3 Year Diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management/ State Board Of Technical Education/ Recognized University.
Asst. Instructor-cum-Asst. Lecturer
Posts: 3
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.9300-34800.
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 30.06.2010
Qualification: Candidates should have at least 60% marks aggregate in  Degree/3 year diploma in Hotel Management from an institute affiliated to NCHMCT/SBTE/Recognized university.
