Dr. Marri Channa Reddy Human Resource Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh ( Dr.MCR HRDIAP ) was formed in 1976. It was established with the aim to serve the general training needs of the Civil Servants of the state. The institute is an apex Administrative Training Institute of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is responsible for facilitating training and providing HRD inputs to all public functionaries of the State to achieve a CARING.

Applications are invited by HRDIAP for the following faculty positions:

No. of post for each categories: 1

1. Professor of disaster Management
   Age limit: Candidate should not be more than 55 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of PG in any branch of Science,/ Engineering / Management/ Medical Science /Physical/ Material/ Earth Sciences /    Agricultural /Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences/ Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas.
   Experience: At least 10 years of teaching/ training experience & Publications in Disaster
   Management or hands on experience in Government or Defence organizations. Candidate with a Ph.D. degree in the related area of Disaster management with relevant working/field experience will be desirable.
2. Associate / Assistant Professor of Disaster Management
   Age limit:Candidate should not be more than 50 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of PG in any branch of Science,/ Engineering / Management/ Medical Science /Physical/ Material/ Earth Sciences /    Agricultural /Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences/ Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas.
   Experience: At least 5 years of teaching /training experience in the area of Disaster Management or hands on experience in Government or Defence organizations and preference will be given to the candidates with research experience and publications on Disaster Management.
3. Training and Research Assistant
   Age limit:Candidate should not be more than 40 years.
   Qualifications: Candidate should have the degree of PG in any branch of Science,/ Engineering/ Management/ /Physical/ Material/Earth Sciences/ Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas.
