The main function of Haryana Public Service Commission ( HPSC )is to conduct examination for appointment to the services to the state. It advice on all disciplinary matters affecting a person serving under the Government in civil capacity, including memorials or petitions relating to such matters, on all matters relating to the methods of recruitment to civil services and for civil posts, on the principles to be followed in making appointments to civil services.

HPSC invites applications for the post of Assistant Treasury Officer in Finance Department and the details are as following :

Assistant Treasury Officer ( Group – B )
no. of vacancies : 9 posts
Department : Finance Department
Pay scale : Pay Band – 2 Rs. 9300 – 34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600 and Rs. 100/- as special pay.
Age limit : Minimum 21 years and Maximum 40 years
Qualification : Candidate should be Graduate from any recognized university and should have studied Hindi / Sanskrit up to 10th Standard.

Last date for the receipt of application : 31st August 2010
Application fees : Indian Postal order / Treasury Challan / DD of Rs. 1000/- payable to Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission at Panchkula.
