The Foundation Stone of Govind Ballabh Pant Hospital was laid in October 1961. With 229 beds in the beginning, the hospital has gradually expanded over the years. At present it is a nationally recognized tertiary care institution of Heart, Brain and Gastrointestinal disorders. It is one of the reputed centres for post-doctoral teaching and training.  The Institution is recognized by Medical council of India and University grants commission as a independent post graduate College affiliated to Delhi University.

Posts: 82 ( Adhoc basis –9, Regular Basis- 73)
Age limit: Candidates should not be more than 33 years as on 1.07.2010 for PG candidates and 35 years for Post Doctoral Degree Holder candidates.
Remuneration: Candidates will get remuneration of Rs.18570/-
Qualification: Candidates should be MBBS with P.G. Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality from a recognized university/ institution and should be registered with Delhi Medical Council.
