Footwear Design and Development Institute ( FDDI ) is a leading institute for Leather fashion design, Technology and Management due to the quality of our response, range of services and cost effectiveness. Its main aim is development and cultivation of best available human resources within the country by imparting knowledge and skills by conducting appropriate courses. FDDI is rated among the premier fashion and retail institutions in the world. It is widely recognized as a centre of excellence. FDDI was set up by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India with an objective to train the professional manpower for the industry.

FDDI invites applications for the following posts for its ongoing projects at Kolkata, Rohtak, Chennai, Chhindwara, Rae Bareli and Noida and the details are :

1. 2 posts are for Project Engineer
   qualification : candidate should have the degree of B.Tech/BE or equivalent in Civil Engineering with relevant work experience..
2. 2 posts are for Site Engineers
   Qualification : Candidate should posses Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering with relevant work experience.

Period of Contract : 2 years

Last date for the receipt of application : 11th August 2010
Note : Reservation for SC/ST candidates and Persons with Disabilities may apply as per Government Rules. The SC/ST candidates shall mention their caste and enclose copy of valid caste certificate. Disabled candidates should enclose a copy of disability certificate issued by a Government hospital, duly attested by a Gazetted officer.
